Senior Manager - 15 years of both IT implementation and Program/Project Management

I have directed, planned and organized project teams in both the Commercial and Federal sectors. I lead both the master data and Supply and Demand planning teams during the Navy ERP conversion to SAP. At Customs and Boarder Protection lead the team that converted all their person and real property (Asset Management) and GSA reporting on this property. In Aerospace and Defense sector, managed and lead teams that required the design and development of their Project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking and reporting for JFS fighter, Pratt & Whitney commercial, military and space engine programs. In each case, I had the responsibility to understand their business requirement and ensure that upon conversion, they could maintain system operations without any down time. Accordingly, I have utilized EVMS practices and project management techniques both in the public and private sectors.
