While I have gained considerable experience supporting MS Windows desktop, MS Office and other Windows based applications as Desktop Support Technician and Help Desk Analyst since coming to the US in 2008, I am very experienced UNIX support technician and administrator. Though I have had little exposure to SUN Solaris and AIX platforms, I have extensive experience troubleshooting, supporting and administering HP-UX, SCO OpenServer, SCO UnixWare, Novell SuSe Linux and training users on these operating systems from the introductory to the network administration level. Since I have not done any Shell scripting for a long while, I am very keen to get back to supporting and providing UNIX system administration; the operating system with which I am more at home.
