Assist the corporate office sales team in renegotiations, opening, closing CD’s and IRA’s and various checking and savings accounts that included applications for visa check cards, overdraft protection and ATM cards offered by the bank. Look up account history for customers and in house employees. Verify customer information has been input properly in CIP. Verify terms, interest rate and APY are correct before issuing new CD’s or rewriting IRA’s. Completed transfers and successful online enrollments. Setup transfer relations within customer accounts. In the loan Operations department my duties are to pull files for bank employees. Sort documentation and file in accordance to ops department guide lines. Set up file room in digital numerical order after the merger. Release UCC’s; mortgage loans, assignments of rents. Research files, send paid note to customers. This was a temporary position to help with the merger of two banks.
