I am seeking an opportunity to contribute as a senior member of a leadership team as a market / client facing CFO. I have considerable experience with mid-market technology and healthcare companies in both the public and private sectors. Consulting and transactional opportunities are also acceptable. I have considerable turnaround, M&A, public and private funding experience and typically serve as a Board member. Problematic, turnaround or difficult situations are not a concern.
