Experience preparing organizations to receive new process, policies and technologies. Knowledge of systems life-cycled development methodologies. Provide the necessary liaison between customer and the Contracting Officer to ensure effective coordination, negotiation, and advice. Familiar with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and General Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP). Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing. Proficient in coaching and mentoring others relevant to carrying out complex analytical task to achieve desired end results. Experienced in Integrated Logistic Management (ILS) and Configuration Management (CM).
