I am a Business Process Analyst/Engineer with the knowledge and experience using Six Sigma and quality tools to address complex problems with software, business processes, quality, and customer satisfaction. Apply skills to improve business performance and address specific customer and business issues that affect bottom line cost, customer retention and profitability. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify and define business needs and requirements, define current state (as-is) processes, determine current issues and quality requirements. Use inputs and data to develop define, document, and redesign cross functional business processes (to-be) that meet and exceed business and customer needs and expectations.
Have the skills required to lead and facilitate cross-functional business partners/teams, communicate between the end user, subject matter experts, individual contributors, stakeholder, and process owner to perform a complete and detailed analysis of business processes in a virtual environment.
