My 30 year career, in three industries, has been in essence one of leading multi-disciplined teams across various internal/external organizations. Excellent communication skills have fostered my ability to work at many levels within these organizations, from the trenches with technicians turning the wrenches, to the scientists conceiving of the ideas, to the executive leadership in boardrooms preparing and making presentations necessary to guide a program/project to success.
