Description
Qualifications * Extensive hands on experience of photolithography process development including Directed block co-polymer Self-Assembly process to generate lamellaes, with track records on patent, publications and delivery of results to major semiconductor customers/collaborations. * Hands on wafer fabrication experience with coating, pre-patterning, baking, exposure, developing, etching and annealing. * Industrial work experience in independently operating variety of manual or computer controlled equipment involved in the manufacture of electronic and photonic devices, such as steppers, scanners and etcher (RIE) in clean room, pilot starch jet cooker, pilot coater and pharmaceutical tableting press. * Proficient in broad range of material testing, formulation evaluations, surface and optical test including Contact Angle and LER/LWR measurement, NanoSEM, film thickness (NanoSPEC and Ellipsometer), rheology tests (both hi-shear rheometer and viscometers), hardness and friability tests. * Knowledge of process module and wafer process flows. * Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint). * Ability in systematic, logical approach to research plan and data analysis. * Hardworking, highly motivated self-starter with strong technical background and problem solving capabilities.
