Description
I am currently a rehabilitation manager in the hospital setting. Moving this program from "good" to "great" is an achievement I will celebrate for a long time. Prior to this job I was a Subacute Director running a long term care program at South Coast Medical Center. My strength is in building teams, confronting longstanding personnel issues, breaking down barriers to success and finding financial opportunities hidden within the already established operation. Prior to administration, I was a critical care nurse with 13 years of experience. I also worked between multiple departments which sharpened my skills as a flexible problem solver and clinical expert.
