Electrical Detail Engineer- 20 years experience, IBEW 617

I'm a "Will get it done" person for whatever "hat" I am wearing. I have over 20 years in the construction industry and through hard work and sheer determination, have risen through the ranks. I have flourished at several positions over my career from Job foreman, General Foreman, Detailer and my current position, Detail Engineer. I am presently overseeing the construction and build out of a 325,000 sq. foot four story hospital. I am responsible for "pre con", cad drawings, clash detection, Detailing and subsequent ordering of all "pre fab" material from our off site pre fab facility, ensuring proper and correct installation of all electrical systems,( normal power, emergency power, lighting, data technology, nurse call technology, fire alarm and security) meeting "milestones", all RFI's, ASI's, CE's, QA/QC of all "in wall" devices for the seven systems previously mentioned, ensuring our "scope" is inspected and "signed off" to help the project achieve TCO and attending daily coordination meetings with other trade partners, engineers, architects and client. I wish to continue in this capacity collaborating with future clients and team members in order to turn out quality commercial projects on time and on budget.
