I am a License Real Estate Broker in Texas and Arizona, specializing in residential and commercial sales with a focus toward new development. A native Houstonian interested in managing, maintaining, enhancing, acquiring and disposing of real property for clients and REO companies. The real properties consist of a variety of asset types including agricultural, commercial, raw land and residential properties. I review accounts for compliance with internal policies and local laws, work with professional to client’s needs, including tax, legal and investment goals and objectives. I also worked with Stewart Title as an Escrow agent assistant, handling title issues to ensure that the transactions close according to the schedule. This included assisting with pre-closing preparations and postclosing tasks while supporting the Escrow Officer. I work with lenders, loan officers and attorneys to acquire analyze and organize all of the necessary documents needed to process a closing package. These consist of evaluating, reviewing and monitoring real estate transactions that included appraisals, legal documents and other pertinent information. I drafted, negotiated and reviewed offer packages, purchase/sale agreements and counteroffers for both residential and commercial properties
