I am Plant Manager/Manager with 20 years experience in production management. I believe I am a great motivator when it comes to making employees more productive. I have extensive experience in analyzing employee performance, training and development, and writing and enforcing company policies. I also enjoy getting to know each employee on a personal level. I believe it's a great way to find out their wants and interests, and use that as a motivation tool.
