I’m a QA professional with over 20 years’ experience in information technology and the recipient of several QA certifications specializing in Quality Assurance methodology, functional cross browser and mobile testing, defect tracking, test plans, test cases, and leadership skills. Experience includes working in retail, telecommunication, manufacturing, advertising, and defense industries. Managed a successful QA department and produced quality software on time and within budget. Managed multiple projects from conception to production while effectively communicating issues that may arise throughout the testing process.
