I believe in making work easier for everyone and so I have written some applications using Visual Basic and programs such as Word and Excel. They include an electronic In and Out Board so the receptionist can keep track of employees' where abouts. I automated a cost estimation spreadsheet so that it formats all data into a nice, presentable proposal to give to clients. I also wrote a macro in Word that takes a document written from a different template and removes all formating, then places the document in our template. I also see our company through benefits open enrollment each year which entails picking new benefit plans if necessary, presenting them to our President, and then implementing them among the employees.
