I have over 25 years CAD experience with a broad background of institutional, government, theme parks and education projects. My primary roles have included responsibilities as Job Captain, Architectural Planner, Design Manager, and direct oversight and creation of internal architectural deliverables as well as coordination of externally developed construction documentation in the commercial modular industry for West Region. I also was a CAD instructor at MTI College in Orange, CA. I had supported many projects in the architectural field for companies such as ModSpace, GE General Electric, Flour Daniel, Parsons, Disneyland Resort, Los Angeles County, RBB, City of Benicia and others. One of my most notable projects was as the Architectural Planner on converting/renovating 42 House 2 Home retail stores. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from the California State University, a Construction Certificate, Accessibility ADA Regulations and Standards Certificate, DSA Regulations and Procedures Certificate, a member of (AGS) Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society and others.
