• Retired Chief Warrant Officer Four with 28 years’ experience as a leader and all-source analyst. Managed over 500 military and civilian intelligence analysts in the All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and OSINT disciplines with the largest entity comprised of 73 personnel. • As Project Manager, completed a projected two million dollar/24 month project in nine months at a cost of five hundred thousand dollars. Identified and created an automated process for correlation of U.S. and Korean intelligence into the Command’s Combined Common Operating Picture, a first in United States Forces Korea history. • Led the 28 person cell that identified smuggling Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in Multi-National Brigade East, Kosovo resulting in a 45% decrease in smuggling activity over a six month period. • Managed the target support folder process, including behavioral and human factors assessments, focused on identifying information operations exploitable fissures against IED facilitators, terrorism financiers, terrorist network personnel, and High Value Individuals. • As the Joint Intelligence and Operations Center-Korea Senior All-Source analyst, I helped to create and stand-up the SOF Fusion Center. In six months, the organization was a nationally recognized analytical center producing assessments and reports on North Korean SOF. • Section lead for the two U.S. Division-level gaming cells. Responsible for developing enemy courses of action that incorporated both conventional and asymmetric capabilities. Utilized multiple computerized war gaming tools to portray, maneuver, and execute enemy courses of action. Captured data in final written report and presented findings to two star Commanding General. • Responsible for developing predictive products in support of Theatre-level operations against the enemy’s asymmetric capabilities. Modeling included development of possible outcomes based on action, reaction, counteraction methodology. • Authored over 2000 intelligence reports in support of the Commanding General in Afghanistan, Haiti, Korea, Kosovo, and three Combatant Commands. • Wrote six Congressional testimony papers on North Korean SOF and Ground forces for the four star Commanding General in Korea. • Developed a comprehensive Korean Theatre collection strategy for over 3,000 North Korean ground targets supporting the Command General’s new Priority Intelligence Requirements and Indications and Warning problem set. • Conducted over 500 intelligence briefings to Joint and Combined audiences that included two former U.S. Presidents, Congressional members, foreign dignitaries, and General Officers. • Project Manager for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) automation upgrades and acquisition. At three locations, I developed the plan for automation integration and upgrades and secured over two and a half million dollars for automation acquisition. • Participated in over 500 Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) events and trained over 400 personnel on MDMP over the last 28 years.
