Manage product creation from the design phase, tech packs, through confirmation and into production. Arrange, organize, and develop a full line assortment within required timelines. Troubleshoot issues, and coming up with solutions in a timely manner. Maintain daily communication with Asian based development offices and Product Director to ensure quality, fit and accuracy. Traveling to China multiple times a year; work with offices, samples rooms, material suppliers and factories. Additional travel, as needed, to shop the market for new ideas and innovations, and present product lines to retail buyers.
