Highlights:
Project Management on three projects that were judged best in class; planning, design-build, and utilities and Infrastructure. Received the U.S. Army Meritorious Service Medal for service as First U.S. Army Mobilization Chief. The mobilization project had Army-wide implications and included representatives from all staff sections, 15,000 reserve component troops from thirteen states, 12 mobilization stations, 193 regular Army evaluators, and the Combat Pictorial Command. Received the U.S. Army Meritorious Service Medal for service in the Mobilization Section of Department of the Army. Prepared the short notice documentation for, and conducted the execution and evaluation for portions of the President's Rapid Deployment Reserve Force.
