. I have a B.A. in English and Communications and a Paralegal Certificate in Litigation. Having 12 years office experience in a professional environment, I demonstrate an exemplary level of professionalism and customer service. I was employed as a Sr. Medical Accounts Receivable Representative for AltaCare, Inc., formerly Healthprime, Inc. I am very detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and have excellent verbal communication skills with effective telephone demeanor and experience. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, have experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as, other general office equipment. I am detail oriented and highly motivated. Since 2010 and being laid off, I have been a guest author in a book, Splash Into Calm, and have been promoting and marketing it. Now, I would like to reenter working sector on a Part Time basis.
