A certified Pediatric Registered Nurse with extensive clincal and adminstrative traing in emergency, mental health and PICU. I am also a certified Special Education teacher and have integrated my diverse professional experiences into my role as a Clicnal Nurse Manager. As a Clicnal Manger for the Depatment of Pediatrics, I am responsible for the day-to-day clinical and fincial operations for a practive that sees an average of 4,8000 pts a month in eleven sunspecialities within the feild of Pediatrics. I am a liason between the providers, clincal and non-clincal staff. Responsible for all aspects of HR including hiring, training, evaluating and ensuring compliance with the high level of professionalism required in the care of the Pediatric Patient.
