I have played many roles - Data Analyst, Software Architect, Project Manager, Data Scientist. But I would like to stay Data Scientist and Analyst. My resume might give people an impression that I am not hands-on OR I do not have enough management experience. The most important part hiring managers tend to be ignorant is that I come from an academic background (first job was teaching) and I have constantly mentored people - unfortunately people don't see that as a strength. I would be a good Scientist, Analyst, Architect, Manager, and Mentor.
