Description
In my present position as Director of Operations for the Children’s Developmental Corporation and DL3 Realty. I manage 276,024 square feet of office, medical and retail space. My function is to identify, direct and safeguard how each activity and challenge may impact the welfare of our students, staff, customers and tenants. Our overall company operations consist of 6 sites: Corporate Office 30,000sf, Halsted Location 30,000sf, Saver’s Fresh Market 45,360sf, Roseland Medical Center 48,237sf, Stony Island Center 57,500sf and the Monterey Professional Center 64,927sf. I coordinate and manage construction projects; prepare capital and operating budgets; negotiate and evaluate contractor bids; develop and implement strategic plans and develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
