I am a seasoned Occupational Therapist who has 17 years of experience in Skilled nursing (LTC and transitional care), home health, and acute care settings. I have solid experience in assisting in managing OT's/PT's/and SLP's, I effectively communicate with doctors, nurses, and corporate healthcare professionals. I provide timely documentation following Med A, Med B, title 19 and private insurance guidelines. I have provided clinical guidance to fellow therapists and students.
