Responsible for the planning, strategic goals, page flow, look-and-feel and navigation of the entire papajohns.com website, including the look-and-feel of the online ordering website. Created original graphics and icons for use on the site. Implemented the web design parameters, style guides and visual standards. Established and produced graphic material for use in promotion of online services and products. Provided art direction, project direction, project management and project scheduling. Followed concepts from inceptions to the finished web ready product. Worked with other departments to assess their web needs. Analyzed website traffic to determine where people are going and how to tailor the site for their needs. Created web traffic reports for analysis.
Planned email communications to subscribed Papa John's customers, managed the opt-in list, managed test emails and segmented sends, created the html emails including the loading and managing of the emails in an enterprise system provided by a third party. Analyzed the open and click-through rates to determine the campaign success. Managed the relationship with our email vendor, ExactTarget.
Knowledge and experience with search engine programs such as Google Ad words and Yahoo Search through a third party vendor.
