Senior Desktop Administrator

I am a Senior IT professional who has over 16 years’ experience in computer hardware/software, Telecom, Network Infrastructure, Wireless networks, router, switches, desktops, laptops, Mac’s and other IT related peripherals. I also keep with and follow industry standards and best practices. In my last role as Desktop Admin level III, I had the privilege of reviewing and developing standard operating procedures by way of writing documentation that a hear to industry standards and best practices. I also provide training to IT staff and other end users on new applications and other devices. I also made a significant change to the level of customer service we provide to our internal and external customers by changing and improving our response time to all calls, emails and requests made into our ticketing system.
