Accomplishments Requirements Analysis * Completed business requirements analysis and design for Cerner Corp's client Howard Regional Health Systems (Hospital) E-Business Suite Payroll, Human Resources and Self Service HR * Completed business requirements analysis and design including the evaluation of systems specifications for Hawaii DOT client Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, Financials and Grants Implementation. * Completed business requirements analysis and design including the evaluation of systems specifications for Rapid Transit Denver client Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, Financials and Projects Implementation. Oracle EBS Product Configuration * Based on Cerner Corp's Client Howard Regional Health System Client Requirement, the Payroll, Human Resources and Self Service HR were configured, System Tested and Parallel Tested. * Based on Hawaii DOT Client Requirement, the Human Resources and Time & Labor modules were configured. The module configurations were documented. The module functionality was documented in Test Scripts. All of this was done for Integration Testing. * Based on Rapid Transit Denver Client Requirement, the Human Resources, Self Service HR and iRecruitment modules were configured. Oracle EBS Integration Testing * The Payroll, Human Resources and Self Service HR were thoroughly tested during 3 rounds of Parallel Testing for Cerner Corp's client Howard Regional Health System. * The Human Resources and Time & Labor modules were thoroughly tested during 3 rounds of Integration Testing for Hawaii DOT. * The Human Resources, Self Service HR and iRecruitment modules were thoroughly tested during 3 rounds of Integration Testing for Rapid Transit Denver Client. * The Advanced Benefits module was thoroughly tested during 2 rounds of Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing for OPEN ENROLLMENT for Rapid Transit Denver. Qualifications * 15+ years of solid functional experience with Oracle EBS Human Resources * 10+ years of solid functional experience with Oracle EBS Payroll * 2+ years of solid functional experience with Oracle EBS iRecruitment * 3+ years of solid functional experience with Oracle EBS Release 12 * 7+ years of solid experience with Oracle EBS Advanced Benefits including OPEN ENROLLMENT * 5+ years of solid functional experience with Oracle EBS Self Service HR * 2+ years of solid functional experience with Oracle EBS Time & Labor * 4+ years of solid Project Management experience
