OCN Gear. Experience with SONET architecture, Cisco, Arris and Motorola CMTS multiplexing theory and fiber transmission equipment. Experience in RF and cable equipment surveillance and testing IP address Ping modem. OSPF, Load Balance, firewall, switches, Review and interpret data from the SONET transmission equipment, Spectrum, 5ESS switch, Digital Access and Cross connect System (DACS) equipment, Hybrid fiber/coax (HFC), Optical Nodes, Power Nodes, Host Digital Terminal (HDT), Headend equipment, Power Systems, HISUs, MISUs, Routers, and the Fiber/Coax network. Support and respond to internal and external customers for maintenance, provisioning, and troubleshooting issues. Communicate, monitor, manage and escalate Network outages. Maintain accurate and detailed entries in the Network. Mechanize trouble reporting systems such as Remedy, Watch Tower, ETE and TMS. Maintain appropriate reports and logs to provide Senior Management with requested reports and results.
