I am an experienced professional in finance, customer service, management, and training. I have been in account management and accounting for the last seven years and have been a quick learner and given many opportunities to train other associates. I have strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot, solve customer problems, and display high levels of proficiency in building effective relations. I enjoy the opportunities to be a “go to” person for fellow associates, customers, and vendors because it gives me the ability to build long lasting relationships that continuously allow for personal and business growth. I was acknowledged and received an award of excellence in my current position for an important relationship that I have built with a major international customer. I strive to be efficient and effective with the assignments I receive and take initiative with projects that need to be done that are not given.
