I have an extensive and varied background in Information Systems, Manufacturing, and Financial services, having held positions as IT Manager, Project Manager – ERP Implementations Western Hemisphere, Manager of Computer Operations for domestic U.S., Canada, and South America, Mgr. Business Administrative Services, Sr. Systems Analyst, Sr. Applications Developer, Sr. Systems Engineer, and Cost Engineer. I have managed departments for GE Oil & Gas (they purchased ABB Vetco Gray - major Oilfield services company) for years, then moved to ERP Implementation Project Manager Western Hemisphere - to manage field implementations and allow my family to see a bit of the world. At ValvTehnologies - a manufacturing company. I managed all aspects of IT - infrastructure, software development, contractors, and a massive upgrade of technologies. I managed a budget of approximately $4m. In 2009, I was responsible as the overall Project Manager of an Oracle R12 ERP/CRM implementation with a 6 month deadline. I developed regional departmental work flow charting, data and business process migration to a new ERP system, management of 3rd party support personnel, contracts and negotiations, change control, CPM project schedules, functional requirements specs, gap analysis, risk analysis, security, budget management. Due to my system development management, one of my previous employers was awarded a $60 million contract based on a Materials/Manufacturing Scheduling system I created, and this company (GE Oil & Gas) realized over $100 million in savings due to my development of an inventory obsolescence and consolidation system for a major downstream oilfield services company. Currently we have completed implementing SharePoint and are converting some applications, as well as SSRS. My diverse background has enabled me to help in the improvement of production planning, capacity planning, job and product cost estimating and cost reduction, master scheduling, product costing, and process improvements, and enabled me to bring a unique insight when developing systems, applications, and interfacing diverse systems for process improvements.
