CollapseAccomplishments

Highlights:

As and Senior Analytic Instructor I successfully graduated over 3,600 students who attended intelligence training and received consistently high student evaluations. As Adjunct Professor, I successfully created new, robust material for criminal law, security management, emergency planning and counter-terrorism, strengthening the Homeland Security Program at Parks/Everest College successfully graduating over 100 students. After being appointed to head newly-formed and seriously understaffed Laredo, TX District Office I developed multi-part plan to gain additional manpower, build new facilities and expand enforcement operations. This resulted in the successful arrest, drug seizures and prosecutions by nearly 200% in first two years. As the Director of the newly established Atlanta High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HITDA) program I controlled a $1M start-up budget and a $5M annual budget, and used it to build a 100-person team with officers from Federal, state and local law enforcement and successfully managed a program that has been in operation for more than 15 years. I also led the Atlanta HIDTA T.F. to the first successful, Title III(wiretap)operation in 10 years. As a DEA Program Manager, I was known as the foremost expert of Nigerian Drug Organizations and operations, as well as the go-to person for other major initiatives. As a Program Manager for DEA I brought together analysts and other experts to develop strategy and proposal for Congressional funding of worldwide initiatives. As a DEA Group Supervisor in New York, I successfully managed arrest, prosecution and forfeiture operation on a major international drug organization that New York Office had experienced in 10 years. As a DEA Instructor/Trainer, and curriculum writer I received numerous awards and accolades from students and other staff members. I also successfully revamped training with new techniques in surveillance, informant development, safety and undercover operations. I adapted content and teaching points to real world scenarios with practical exercises to enhance training effectiveness. I received quick approval for the new training materials and trained over 700 Special Agents in three years.

Companies I like:

New start-ups, established companies and corporations, security and training companies.
