Occupational Therapist - Adult Neurorehabilitation - AR and TX Licensure - over 13 years experience
Experienced Occupational Therapist (over 13 years of experience) seeking travel therapy assignment in the southeast corner of Texas east of Houston (to visit with family during the winter months only). Currently have Occupational Therapy licensure in Arkansas and Texas. Plan to seek travel therapy assignment in northwest Arkansas for the spring and summer months. Would possibly consider positions close to Kansas City. Primary interest and experience is in neurological rehabilitation of adults (brain injury and stroke). Preferred settings in order: 1) Residential brain injury rehabilitation 2) Outpatient 3) Inpatient 4) Sub-acute 5) Acute Typically avoid hand specialties (with intense fabrication of splints), pediatric and home health. Skilled nursing facilities are also avoided but are a last resort position.
