Qualifications * Demonstrated sales skills to include pipelining, cold calling business development in an incentive/commissioned based environment 17 years in the Mortgage/Underwriting/Compliance and Retail Banking related industry. * Extensive knowledge in Default Mortgages, HAMP Program, front and back office underwriting. * Demonstrated success in counseling and advising customers, closing business and consistently meeting/exceeding production goals. Passion for achieving results * Excellent facilitation skills * MS office products, SharePoint, I Portal, AS400, I Series. * Compliance courses: AML, KYC, HMDA, Dodd Frank, RESPA, TILA, Patriot Act, gather, organize data reports and recognize deficiencies identified during the review process/validating gaps. * Bilingual * Maintain 100% accuracy rate of audits. * In depth working knowledge of AUS, LP, and DU. * Train and facilitate new hire team. * FL-215 License * Series 6 License
