Senior mechanical engineer with thirty-five (35) years of experience hands-on and energy focused. Experience with installation of high efficiency air side and hydronic products. LEEDap Certified and experience with expediting of City of Chicago Building Permits. Provided developers with V/E constructability options. Have competed numerous Field Observation Reports (FOR's) of MEP/FP systems as punch lists. Proficient in Auto Cad and editing of CSI Divisions 22 and 23 specifications. Certified Commissioning Agent Field work is desirable. Areas of Expertise: MEP/FP construction integration with Architectural / General contractor teams. * Coordination of MEP/FP installations. * Energy Efficiency / Modeling Calculations using Trane Trace 700 and eQUEST and Temperature Control Integration. * Sales and proposal documentation. * Solve complex system building problems with appropriate documentation * Experience with complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Structural documentation. * Attention to client relations. * Project Management and estimating / negotiating change orders generated by RFI's. * Proficient in AutoCad drafting and a working knowledge of REVIT * Commissioning and Field Observation Reports
