WHY ME 1. Experience in clear and pigmented water- and solvent based paint with acrylic, SBR, urethane, polyester, and solvent borne epoxy, phenolic, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyester. 2. Experience in thermo-set paint coatings for exterior and interior chemical resistant to strong alkali and acids. 3. Room temperature cured paints and adhesives 4. Thermo-set adhesives based on cross-linking catalyzed cure. 5. Excellent skills in alternating properties based on additives and chemistries blend to meet specific customer or the company goals and objectives. Hands on experience in: • scaling up lab batches to production up to 1000 gallons • maintaining product lines • training operators, shift supervisors and maintenance group • pilot plant runs and equipment up to 50 gallons • costing of raw materials, end product with overhead, labor, and container • application of the product in experimental booth as well as in real old and new homes and commercial buildings • testing according to ASTM methods using laboratory equipment • creating and writing test methods closer to real life application and use to show advantages of newly designed products versus competition • coaching team members • documenting procedures for ISO9001 compliance • assisting regulatory team in product compliance with federal, state, and foreign countries laws including choosing raw materials, sending and receiving samples, proper labeling, MSDS, using appropriately labeled and designed packaging • low to zero VOC formulations
