Konica Kaman Music is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of musical instrument in the US. I was responsible for the Credit Management of eight million dollars per month of A/R consisting of thousands of regionalized accounts in AL, AK, NC, SC, FL and MS. My clients ranged from small scale operations to major accounts such as the Guitar Center and Mars Mega Music Stores, each of which carried a monthly average balance of one million dollars or more. Minolta Business products is a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Holdings Inc. a large scale innovator and manufacturer of office equipment medical and graphic imaging products optical devices and measuring instruments. I was responsible for GSA account management where I trained developed and supervised a team of five regional special collection specialists. My team achieved record breaking DSO of 41 days by thorough oversight and proper execution of GSA invoicing and collecting on GSA accounts.
