I specialize in listening to the needs of clients in State Health IT, especially in MMIS and Eligibility Systems. I have worked both in industry and within government, even at the Governor cabinet level. At places like Visa International, Sun Micro-systems and Lockheed-Martin, I have developed best business practices that still are in production. I understand how to get large projects done, especially involving complex technical System Integration. The fruit of my work has been deployed all over the United States and in countries around the world like Canada, South Africa, Asia and Europe. Very process oriented in ITIL, Agile, CMMI and PMBOK. I interact equally well with Wall Street or Main Street adjusting socially as circumstances require. I have implemented CMMI, SEI and ITIL process standards. I am comfortable with all major solution platforms, including Open Source, Java J2EE or Microsoft .NET technologies.
