Retail Store Manager-3 years experience-Abercrombie & Fitch
I am a graduate of The University of Arizona, earning my Bachelors degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with a General Business Administration minor. I currently work for Abercrombie & Fitch as the Store Manager. I was promoted to one of the largest stores in California as a Store Manager after being rated one of the top Store Managers in Arizona. I have first hand experience managing 200+ associates and seven assistant managers. While working for Abercrombie & Fitch, I have met and exceeded staffing goals, conducted the interviews and thoroughly trained new and existing associates. In addition, I am responsible for training my assistants to be Store Managers. I am now looking for a career change from management to marketing or business development.
