I am an individual who possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with expert level organizational skills and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. I am a self-starter who has learned to be detailed-oriented, creative, and innovative. My knowledge obtained in Business and in the restaurant industry has allowed me to possess the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and effective working relationships as well as problem solving skills. I have learned to lead and train many individuals in many different areas of business over the years which has improved my leadership capabilities in the work force. I also have the abilities to manage multiple tasks at once, work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision and under pressure. My background as an owner of Hit City Records and Glady’s Soul Food helped me acquire expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel for data analysis and many other Microsoft applications
