I was warehouse clerk for the US ARMY and now retired honorably. I have 9 years of experience in warehouse operations. Maintained accountability for multiple vehicles and equipment in excess of $73Million dollars. Working in the Logistics area working using the Army STAMIS System SAMS-E/1E. Requisition, receive, and inspect incoming supplies and equipment. Conducts turn in of excess and unserviceable equipment. Generated Parts Analysis reports, Shortage reports, and financial reports. Operate Defense Management and Information System to generate maintenance work. Orders and to close/open requisitions. Established and maintained automated, manual accounting records, and property accountability. Supervised dispatch and maintenance of vehicles to meet company schedules and deadlines. Performed accounting and sales functions in a self-service supply warehouse. Maintained returns of excess and unserviceable equipment and supplies. Establishes and maintained files. Ensure that all hand receipts/annexes are correct, and signed. Tracked all working hours for all operators using the SAMS-E System.
