High-energy Educator whose aim is to obtain position as Head Football Coach/Athletic Director/Health & Physical Education Department Chair and Instructor and to use my experiences as a professional athlete, manager, motivational speaker, salesman, educator and head coach to develop a football program our students, administration, alumni, and community will be proud of. To inspire student-athletes to Attain their Maximum Potential (A.M.P.). To establish a program based on the five (5) Mʹs principles for success – manpower, methods, motivation (Mo-Tee-vation), management and morale. Assisting the administration in all areas as needed for our school to become one of the best if not the best in the state. Demonstrate my talent to assess student-athletes athletic potential, to help student-athletes qualified for potential scholarships along with monitoring of student-athletes academic and over all grow to become successful and productive adults with in our society. To put into place a strategic plan of action that will forge a pathway to success, so that the program will move to the next level.
