I am an enthusiastic Assistant Principal with a passionate commitment to the learning process and to student and faculty development and success. I am skilled in best practices of instruction, positive and proactive student discipline, and interpersonal relationship, furthermore, assisting educators to enhance their instructional practices by addressing the needs of all students’ learning modalities. Project Based Learning is an important tool for assessing our students to ensure that they all are absorbing the concepts being taught. One of my passions is to assistant educators in developing quality relationships with students and collaborates effectively with faculty, parents and the community in which they serve. As an Educator and Administrator, incorporating The Nguzo Saba has shaped my personal educational and family practices when preparing daily to serve our multi-cultural young people and establishing positive relationships with all stakeholders. It is imperative that we prepare our youth to be responsible, able to compete in the future global economy and respect and honor their past by their deeds.
