Administrative Supervisor with interest in legal, patient safety,insurance

I am an RN with over 25 years of experience. I have worked for several insurance companies but have spent most of my career in the hospital setting. I have national certification as an Emergency Room Nurse. For the past year, I work as an administrative nursing supervisor- placing registry nurses in work assignments, assuring adequate staffing and problem solving for complaints and emergent or policy-based situations. I have a broad range of skills and aptitudes. I could see myself leading, guiding and mentoring staff nurses, information and gathering data as well as making presentations for patient safety initiatives, reviewing ER charts to determine whether the standard of care was met.
