Extensive experience in all phases of Loan Servicing: REO, Loss Mitigation, Workouts, Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, Litigation, Customer Service, Collections, Pay-offs, Assumptions, Taxes, Insurance (PMI), Sales and Acquisitions, Due Diligence Reviews. Underwriting and Processing, Negotiated and reviewed Servicing Contracts, Investor Reporting, FHLB monthly reporting, FHLB Collateral Pledging, GL Reconciliation, and Payment Processing.
