Accomplished Management Networking Professional

I am fully confident in my ability to do well in a technical position. I have over 10 years of working with desktop and network elements. I have interacted with customers, technicians and upper management. I collaborate with other departments to solve troubles on a daily basis. I am skilled in leading projects to completion with the ability to mentor, motivate and coach employees. I have been working with Microsoft Office since 1995. I believe I possess the skill set, ambition and experience to perform well in any technical position. I have working knowledge with network components (routers, multiplexers, bridges, switches, LAN topology, Ethernet and Network Interface Devices, etc...) and personal computer functionality. I have a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications. My current ambition is to achieve a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. I am currently taking a Project Management Course in order to have the correct training hours to apply for the exam. I am an excellent technical trouble shooter and have received many commendations from customers.
