As Chief Technical Officer and Director of the Data Center/Information Technology I discovered a setting to utilize my unique skill-sets. By heading an agency of technologists, my goal was to successfully manage a 75+ personnel Government Agency with an approximate 10 million dollar Annual Budget ($130 mil indirect Budget). I built several specialized IT teams that enhanced as well as increased the county’s client base and improved operations. At this post, I created policies, R&D processes and improved systems for the birthing of new technologies and product-lines.
