My extensive-industry-knowledge, hands-on experience, affable personality and work ethic will be well suited to the position you have available. I have a total of 29 years of food service experience: 19 years in corporate dining (contract feeding) and 10 years in casual dining. During my tenure as a restaurant manager, I have always been successful as a director who coaches my employees to aim for the highest standard by providing true world-class customer service to all of our guests. My "Lead-By-Example" style of management has always encouraged my fellow employees to take pride in whatever they do and to take ownership of their responsibilities.
