PROFESSOR AND FACULTY HEAD, Department of Military Science—Fairbanks & Anchorage, AK (2011–present) Direct ROTC organization at 2 University of Alaska campuses—Fairbanks and Anchorage—with mission to recruit, develop, retain, and commission quality candidates. Hold full accountability for spearheading recruitment strategy, mentoring students through their education, coordinating training events (from the classroom to field exercises and traditional social events), executing commissioning ceremonies, and ensuring welfare of all cadets and families.
