Having programmed for a NASA contractor for over 30 years and now completing 2 years at Hewlett Packard (OKC Medicaid), I have spent the last 20 years working from home (telecommuting)for those companies. I live in a very small town and my elderly mother will not move from here, so I need to stay in this town. I would rather telecommute but I do not rule out traveling (75%) if I have to. I know a wide range of IT Program Languages, Databases, Web programing to Database, Excel spreadsheet programming, and maintain at home a firewall, DNS server, router, and service all the PC's in my house. I have not yet started on Programing my new IPhone 5 but that's coming. I have project managed a NASA project bringing it in on time and budget at Windows 7 level 2 year ago. Note: I have only managed other people for a short time and found that it is not my strong suit - in the NASA project I worked with the 8 different NASA centers system administrator's to implement my cutting edge security related program/website. My career goal is to find another work at home position and retire in 5-10 years doing my talented work that really works without glitches and is fully documented.
