Solid Mechanical Engineering Professional with extensive Design, Development, and Analysis experience. This has included the design and development of dust collection systems, radiant fusers, pumps, fans, valves, catalyst beds, heat exchangers, temperature sensing equipment and devices, and rotary separators. Also performed DFMEA, PFMEA, and trade studies while coordinating activities between different functional groups, and acting as a technical interface with several different customers and vendors. Specific areas of expertise include the design of all types of dynamic machinery and mechanisms including the design and analysis of bearings, springs, gears, cams, and diaphragms. Other strengths include failure analysis, all types of structural analysis such as, deformation, load stress, thermal, stress and rotational stress as well as performance analysis. I’ve used Creo Elements Pro (Pro-Engineer), Mechanica, AutoCad Inventor, ANSYS, and most recently, SolidWorks “2015”. While at Hamilton Sundstrand my inimitable attention to detail led to the position of Principle Designer on several major design projects, Also held a D.O.D. Secret Security Clearance. My position at Parker Hannifin Corporation, Fluid Control Division saw me transition into Project Management while maintaining the bulk of my core Development Engineering responsibilities. My most recent position at Temp-Pro Inc as Product Development Engineer / Engineering Manager, I managed the Product Engineering Group which included planning and coordinating of all Product Engineering activities, such as adhering to APQP, or DFSS, processes in order to satisfy any and all customer needs.
