Qualification Summary-Operations Manager Global Regulatory Affairs and Operations: I possess a unique combination of well-developed marketing, sales, and training management skills with 4 plus years’ experience performing regulatory and operations management activities supervising all International Documentation and labeling statutory and regulatory requirements for the exportation of all Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc. consumer goods. In this role as the Operations Manager Global Regulatory Affairs and Operations, I am responsible for overseeing, tracking, and delivering all international export documentation (Certificates of a Pharmaceutical Product issued by the FDA, Certificates of Free Sale issued by the Personal Care Products Council, Certificate of Foreign Goods issued by the FDA, Certificates of Analysis for finished product goods and active ingredients, Product Samples, and Legal Documents) required by global health authorities for the registration and exportation of the following brands: Ambi®, Aveeno®, Band-Aid®, Bengay®, Clean & Clear®, Desitin®, Johnson’s®, Listerine®, Lubriderm®, and Neutrogena®. Key partners for this role include Supply Chain, Third Party Manufacturers, Marketing, Legal, Medical Scientific Affairs, Transportation, R&D, Package Engineering, Design Project Management, global regulatory authorities, FDA, and external vendors. Over the past 21 years, I have spent time working with product development, sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, legal, R&D, and Compliance functional areas of the Pharmaceutical, IT, Automotive, and Consumer Goods industries with experience in both domestic and global stages. This unique combination of skills allows me to be successful in highly regulated industries. I am a dedicated, self-motivated leader with the ability to persuade and gain consensus by motivating and developing top producing teams. Over the past 21 years, I have consistently acted as a project management leader to bring projects & assignments to on-time/under budget completion within the constraints of aggressive deadlines.
